Events, Brand Experience, and Live Activations Management

Planning, coordination, and execution of events, brand activations, and live experiences designed to strengthen brands, engage strategic audiences, and increase institutional visibility.

This work involved the integration of communications, operations, suppliers, teams, and partners, ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives aligned with positioning, engagement, and relationship-building objectives.

Key projects include seven editions of the Prêmio Folha Top of Mind, one of Brazil’s most prestigious brand awareness awards, as well as the participation of BibliON in major cultural and literary events such as A Feira do Livro, FLIV – Festival Literário de Votuporanga, Revelando SP, and initiatives held across different municipalities in the State of São Paulo.

The portfolio also includes corporate events, brand activations, live experiences, and projects involving national and international partners, connecting communications, culture, education, and institutional relations.

These initiatives helped expand the reach of the brands involved, strengthen relationships with diverse audiences, and reinforce institutional presence in strategic environments.
